Whats Up With Disney-Fox Deal?

So friends the deal between Disney and Fox held in December was obstructed by Com cast but now everything is clear and now are favorite character are going to come in MCU. So last year on 14 December a deal of 52.4 billion dollars deal was held between Disney and fox .But on 13 June Com cast announced that they are also interested in buying FOX assets with an amount of 65 billions dollars . However Disney counter bid an amount of 71.3 billion dollars which was accepted by Fox.

Well all this tug of war is for few reason. Netflix is at the top of video streaming websites, So to compete with Netflix , Disney and com cast are behind FOX . Other than this Disney is also very strong in Box office and Stocks.

So now what?
Well it took Com cast a load of hardship to collect 65 billion dollars, so it means that there is no way for com cast to do a counter bid . So no one is going to stop deadpool and fantastic four from being a part of MCU. The interesting part is that America's President Donald Trump praises Disney and FOX for this deal.

Its not over yet!
On 27 JUNE , United States Department of Justice has given Disney the approval to acquire fox. So now on 27 JULY a meeting is held between the share holder for voting of the FOX property.

So after phase 3 we may see x men deadpool and fantastic four with avengers.Kevin Feige has said in his interview that they are waiting for the confirmation of disney that as they get the FOX character rights they will start their work.
