Secret Avengers in Marvel Cinematic Universe

In the in Directors commentary track we got to know that the team which lead by Captain america is called secret avengers in infinity war. It is obvious , because the superheroes who denied to Sigh in Sokovia Accords were stated as criminals . And whatever you say to superheroes , they never stop their good deeds . Thats why Captain America , Wanda , Falcon And Black widow were called Secret Avengers.
So after Civil war and before Infinity war . Cap and team were hidden for 2 years and doing their jobs.All this we saw in civil war prelude where Cap , Falcon and widow were fighting few terrorist . In the end of civil war , cap rescued wanda ,Antman, Falcon and Hawkeye from the raft . However , Hawkeye and ant man got house arrested but wanda and Falcon joined the Secret avengers.Thats why we saw them together in infinity war , Joe Russo also explained that since they were working together for 2 years.They formed a very strong co ordination between them . thats why they were able to defeat black order in Edin berg.Here , cap is leading his team in the same way as the he was leading the team in his first comic but that time the team consist of beast , War machine , Sharon carter , Ant man , Nova , Valkyrie and moon night.Well we cannot see them this early in MCU.
Till the ending of infinity war , Secret avengers were not left secret . Thunderbolt Ross knows that Rhodhy helped them .\ HE also have to give the briefing of all the event occurred in infinity war.But we can say that everything is going to be all right as we can see the concept art of avengers 4 were we see Captain America in in old suit , Black widow in her red hair and Rhodhy in a awesome suit.If some one is missing in this in concept art is falcon , as he turned into dust without any attention. So most probably secret avengers will become legal Avengers.
